hydro dipping

Anyone here try those hyprographic dip kits on your stock or gear etc? Howd it turn out? Thinking of dipping my Mossberg tactical stock.

Had my sons Savage 300 win mag dipped here in Alaska and Im impressed!He did everything but the rings and its beautiful. Says itll never come off! Trying to upload a pic of it now.

I dipped an 870 shotgun . I was pleased with the way it came out. If you follow the instructions and watch the videos on youtube you can do it. Don't try to skimp on the kit. Buy enough to dip a couple small practice items before you dip the gun parts. Take your time and don't try to rush it. If you have someone that can help you it makes it a lot easier. My wife was a great help. Good Luck.

i had an ar10 done by armalite back in 2000. looks great, but it will wear off.

Did you go to Alaska Hydrographics? Paul does some epic work!

I get all mine from infectedhydro.com
I'm sure there's a lot of good ones. I've had from
Mydipkit.com also. Just follow instructions on water temperature and dwell time with activator, soak time for the film in the water. I've dipped a bunch of stuff. Pistols, ARs even a couple motorcycle tins
