Hypothetical Handloading of M2AP Pulled bullets

So, say someone wanted to try out a couple M2AP bullets in a .300 Win mag, is there anything to be aware of? I saw a Youtube video from Buffman where he had some but wanted to check before I really dug into it.

What sniper said. 30 years ago friends rented a farm house, one Saturday we grabbed a M1 and some black tip ammo. Decided the huge dead cottonwood a hundred yards away, toward the pasture was a great target. During the second stripper, I noticed what looked like wood chips flying behind the tree. After emptying the rifle we walked down to the tree. The whole back side was shot out. We watched the cattle in the pasture for several days, luckily none were hit.

5" x 3/4" hot rolled steel plate. Entrance hole @ 1:30 was 30-06 Black Tip from a 1903A3:

Crater off center @ 5 was a 30-06 150 gr. SP, 50.5 gr IMR 4895,
just above center was factory 150 gr. Silver tip, the two touching @ 7:30 were factory 222.

Exit hole also @ 1:30:

Two off center @ 3 were 150 gr. 308, Two shallow above center were 30-30 factory, not sure about others, except the almost invisible dent slightly left of the #7 was a 357 factory load of some sort. Been too many years??

Dug into backstop 3" and never found the black tip penetrator.

The 30 cal AP bullets have a pretty thick copper jacket between the (IIRC tungsten carbide?) hardened steel core and your riflings. I would expect them to behave as if you were loading an all copper bullet. If I were to load them I would use loads for all copper bullets of a similar weight. That is just my opinion. Use your own judgement. YMMV
I have used the hardened core soldered onto the head of a nail (looks like a small hammer) as a center punch. They are quite hard and sharp like tool steel. You will ruin the hacksaw blade cutting one out.
