I have a bullet stuck . . .

I can't believe it took a dozen hits before someone chuckled at "soak and poke".

Now, a cleaning rod and some elbow grease was all it took.

I don't have any lead eating solvents in my cleaning collection, so I didn't screw up (or NOT screw up) my barrel with a solvent soak.

For those keeping track at home: I ran over the granddaddy of possums last night on my commute home from work, bringing my weekly total of possums killed up to seven. God they're ugly.
 
the same thing happned to me with my henry and i dropped some rem oil in it and pushed it out with a cleaning rod...i was supprised how tight the bullet fits in the berrel
