I would like to see them make a......

i wish the gun manufacturer's would put GOOD recoil pads on their guns. even the light kickers

also wish they would quit calling tuperware stocks "synthetic"

I learned a long time ago, being a Lefty, the Rifle I "Want" isn't out there, so I have to have it made.

Montana SongDogs, I'm a working guy, and I have 5 kids too. I wait years and years, but I stay the course.

I guess thats what makes it "more" worthwhile to me.
 
some one needs to commercialize the 6.5-06 and the 25 souper

I have been wanting a 5.7 bolt but not a big fan of the platform it is coming out on but savage is really starting to appeal to me plus the 5.7 could satisfy my 22wmr itch I have had

maybe a quality detachable magazine kit for the 700 that dont cost as much as the gun itself!

I just meant some of them would be nice to buy cheaper from the factory then have to customize, at least with a custom its exactly what you want. Rarely is any factory gun absolutely perfect in your mind, at least for me.
 
Lol. Oh no... You did. I don't exactly have the cash Layin around for a custom, I don't want anything fancy, just regular rifles chambered i'n more calibers without paying a fortune... See my 223-221 project

Yea, me too. The problem with "cheap", you get what you pay for.
I could pick on Remingtons, since they are my favorites, and the only Rifles I buy, most folks aren't happy with the new Sps rifles, but nobody gives it much thought how little they are spending on these rifles, that cost as much as they did 30 years ago.
Corners had to be cut to keep that price down after that many years.

If you're buying a rifle, where do you want the corners cut???

I see your point. I guess you could call what I'm doing a semi- custom. But man it would have been easier if it were a factory offering lol
 
I would love to see more varmint/predator rifles offered in the cals that i would like to have! 17 rem,17fb, 22 hornet,221fb,220 swift,257 roberts,25-06. all the manufacturers should make atleast 3 of their 15-20 models in the classic varmint chamberings. less 223,204,22-250,243,and 308. these are only the most popular cuz theyve been the only options and commercialized
 
also, 24-28 inch barrels with faster twist rates on factory guns! Id love to see henry or marlin come out with some of the varmint rounds in a "varmint" lever gun
 
I realize 270 is a long action but I would love to have it in a lever gun. It would also be nice to see ammo companies making wilcat ammo for us that dont reload

I stand corrected Browning does have a lever gun in 270. I dont like the looks of the Browning as apposed to the marlin but I might have to start saving my pennies. Yes I realize that is what makes them a wildcat, just wish everyone could enjoy instead of just the privilaged lol
