What can I expect as far as species go ? I will be in units 10 and 12 but mainly 12.Are there more whitetail or mulies ?Of course my main courese is elk but if I get a chance on a deer what should I be looking for ? Are there alot of black bears in this area as well ?

You will find both mulies and whitetail. Lots of black bear in this area. Idaho has a large wolf population so dont be suprise if you hear them or if your lucky see them. They are starting to see some grizzly in the clearwater region. I have hunted all over Idaho, lived there a long time. If you have any questions just ask me or send me a private message.
