Has anyone ever ordered a firearm from Impactguns.com? I ordered a CZ 527 Varmit in 17 Remington from them over two weeks ago that the website said "in stock" and I would receive a email when it was processed and would shipped. Well, my card was charged as they said and I never received an email with the tracking info. So, today I called them, and after being on hold for 46 minutes the customer service rep. told me the gun was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacture and could take another 2-3 weeks then as soon as they receive it, with the high number of orders it could take another 8-10 business (at least)days for them to ship the rifle to my FFL. I am pi$$ed! I could have gone to a local dealer and paid the extra $80 bucks and have had the rifle by now. I wish I had read the horrible reviews online before I ordered from them. I read that getting my $$ back is even worse.

Be very cautious before using them for your firearms purchase!

They have a retail store in Utah. In dealing with their CS their, I wouldn't put anything on order with them. I hope it works out for you.

They have a store where I live too. I'll never do business with them again. Their in-store customer service is just as bad as you have described their online customer service to be. I bought my first handgun from them because they were about $30 cheaper than anyone else. However, after my experience I'd rather pay more and give my $ to a shop that appreciates my business, or at least doesn't look down their nose at me.

Sounds like an Impact trick. I wont deal with them. Their store is only 2 miles from me. They treat people like crap. They will tell you they have something in their warehouse when they dont. When the school shooting happened, they were one of the first to jack their AR's to over $2500 dollars and their 223 ammo went to $1200/1000. A guy I know had put 2 AK 47's on lay a way a month prior. He went to pick them up and they brought him a box with a shotgun in it. Mistake or did they sell his AK's when their prices went up. They are about as crooked as they come. I dont think I have ever seen them with a CZ in 17 Remington. I looked for one for a long time and gave up. I would call your credit card company and refuse the charges.

Comforting news!

Ill wander into their store on occasion. Never really see any good prices and the workers are rude. Maybe its because I am younger but its like they dont have the time to help me.

Day #18, not a word from Impact guns. Sent numerous emails and phone messages, not a single returned call nor email. Probably going to contact my bank and have the charge reversed. Very aggravating!

I would dispute the charge w/my CC company ASAP.
They will take care of it. On the letter they send you on the bottom you check failure to ship/not recived as ordered etc.

Get your money back and buy one from Wholesale Hunter, just checked they have 16 of them in stock. I have bought a couple guns from them, good to deal with.

worst gun dealer i have delt with is www.budsgunshop.com . they do the same thing . Then they clame to have the gun in shipping and ding you a restocking fee when you cancel a order after waiiting weeks and weeks , don't reply to emails or phone call . tried buying for the once , never again.
