IMR 4166 or Enduron powders

This may already be known but if you have any IMR 4166 or probably the Enduron powders, I would get rid of it. Last night I went to grab some powder and had to move some 4166 out of the way and could feel it was warm. Opened it and orange smoke came rolling out and stung my eyes. I also had an unopened lb which was also warm.

I emailed Hodgdon and they were like "oh well" . Said it met the Nato specs of 10 years in storage even though mine was bottled in 2017🙄 that it had met the 10 years in 2024. Said I need to dump it and get rid of any ammo loaded with it. I looked and all my 22-250 loaded with it is turning green. Even the fired cases are green. Needless to say, Im not happy.

Edit to add that by looking online its a well known problem. You would think Hodgdon would put out an Email or something to warn people but Im sure if they admit it then they would have to replace it.
