I can't stress enough that once that law passes the line is going to get long FAST. The guys that track it closely will be ahead if you act. You might even have to take some risk (if you care about how long it takes) and just buy now.
On the one hand it's only an extra month or two. But speaking from experience those last few months are, well, challenging.
The other thing is getting involved. Call your senators and congressmen when the time is right. They need to hear from you and you do make a difference. I couldn't believe that I got responses from my legislators in Washington when I called and emailed, but I did. Every bit helps. If you do so, stick to the themes that work: health/safety issue, rifle mounted hearing protection, essentially ZERO crime committed with suppressors (too heavy and elongates the rifle which is counterproductive for concealment), extremely extensive background checking, etc.
