Iranians are revolting against the despotic regime that Barack Obama worked tirelessly to legitimize, and the former president's foreign policy guru is struggling to contain his despair.

Ben Rhodes, architect of the much-maligned Iran nuclear deal, hasn't posted anything on social media to express solidarity with the protesters who have been risking their lives since late December in one of the largest mass uprisings the country has ever seen. Instead, he has repeatedly denounced Donald Trump for vowing to protect the protesters from state-sanctioned violence.

When U.S. forces apprehended Venezuelan strongman Nicolás Maduro—one of Iran's closest allies in Latin America—Rhodes was deeply concerned that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei could be next to fall. The operation took place less than 24 hours after Trump expressed support for the protesters in Iran and promised to "come to their rescue" if the regime turned violent.

"The thing that worries me is this kind of behavior can become contagious, and maybe it already has been," Rhodes said on Pod Save the World, his foreign policy podcast with former Obama bro Tommy Vietor. "It's probably not, like, entirely a coincidence that Trump is threatening Iran at the same time that he's doing this in Venezuela."

Some other dictator will come along and offer them all kinds of free stuff and they'll get duped again and will be right back to square one within a few years.

ETA:
Then the US taxpayer will be expected to pay to bail everyone out of the situation once again. Eventually, the United States will collapse from within over the unsustainable amounts of debt the crooks in Washington D.C. keep adding to the tab.

It’s being reported we had assets in the air, Iranian airspace was shut down, and then last minute, last night, Trump called off military action into Iran to aid the civilian protestors there (who want the current regime, the Mullahs out). It’s also reported the Israelis asked Trump to call it off. (speculation that Israel is afraid the Mullahs might unleash Iranian nukes all at once upon Israel).
 
Our media simply isn't covering this to any real extent. Iran has had it's internet & power cut off, forces are searchng for starlink equipment -my guess is killing anyone they catch having it- and getting reliable info is hard.

Reportedly at least 30,000 people killed now & this evening I've seen claims that chemical agents have been used on theor people

Israel is going to have the best intel, no doubt of that, so it would make sense to listen to their advice when it comes to any actions
 
I’m no expert but we, the U.S., are in a position to strangle the Chinese and Russians efforts to mobilize for war against us with this latest development.

Venezuelan oil, Iranian oil, the blockade, the control of that oil would have China totally under our control.

We could do the same thing with Russia. If we flood the world market with oil, that's going to put the Russian oil in a glut.

All we would have to do is control Iran and and Venezuela or have them as our allies cooperating with us and China and Russia would be on their knees.

Some experts have said that the use of oil by China is approximately 32 million barrels a day (US uses approx 20 million barrels a day). If China were to have to use their own oil reserves up and were only able to get help via Russian oil, their oil supply/reserves would only allow/last approximately 60 days. Their economy would totally collapse.

But….it seems the one consistent thing is that Trump is always going to come around to leaving the Russians a way out, leaving the Venezuelans a way out, and leaving the Chinese a way out…IMO when the dust clears, Trump won’t follow through with his bold talk to implement another 25% tax on any country (China) aiding the current Iran regime (the Mullahs) against the civilian protestors.
 
A REAL PROTEST: We know that everyone else is leading with the anti-ICE hoo-hah, but since we believe that’s a major “Wag the Dog” false flag operation designed to distract from real news like massive fraud, we’re going to lead instead with the protest that the media are ignoring, the one that illustrates real fascism, oppression and government violence against people who are justified in their protests, and that’s the one in Iran.

While the street protests have been quashed by brutal regime violence, that doesn’t mean the mullahs are safe. We could be in that moment of quiet just before the pressure cooker explodes. Here’s some of what you’re not hearing because our media and Democrat politicians are so obsessed with two radicals who were killed when they obstructed and assaulted federal agents:

By some estimates, the Iranian government may have killed as many as 36,500 Iranians in two days, which if true would represent one of the deadliest short-term mass killings in modern times. From Breitbart.com: There are “accounts of wounded civilians executed inside hospitals, living victims stuffed in body bags, and a surgeon who described the scenes as a ‘nightmare’ unlike anything he had seen.” The surgeon said, “I have worked in disaster zones. Nothing compares to the nightmare I saw in Iran’s hospitals when the state started shooting protesters — pools of blood, hundreds of gunshots, no pause, no limits.”

It’s believed that the government is trying to keep all the bodies hidden so that if there is a strike by the US, they can reveal them and blame the deaths on President Trump. They’ve learned well from the Democrats. And we’re sure that some Western media outlets will accommodate them, even though they’re being told in advance that it’s false propaganda.

Iran’s “Supreme Leader” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is reportedly hiding in an underground bunker after President Trump said Friday that the US has “lot of ships heading towards Iran” and he “hopes we don’t have to use them.”

Nobody can predict what will happen next, but please pray for the safety of the Iranian people and an end to their brutal oppression and to this demonic regime that has terrorized the world for far too long.
