Iranian Uprising

Iran hasn’t budged an inch—they’re not even coming to the table. That’s not strategy, that’s a message. They called the bluff, and they’re doing it out loud, in front of the entire world.

Meanwhile, you’ve got crowds in Tehran celebrating, missiles rolling through the streets like it’s a victory parade. That’s not what “losing” looks like.

And here at home? Americans are being told one lie after another by Trump. You can spin headlines, you can spin speeches, but you can’t spin what the rest of the world is watching in real time.

So ask yourself—if this is what “winning” looks like… what exactly would losing be?

Yeah… that should disturb everyone. But what’s really wild is how casually it gets waved off. Even MAGA is like, “eh, don’t listen to what he says, watch what he does.”

Think about how backwards that is. We’re literally at a point where the sales pitch is: ignore the words coming out of the POTUS’s mouth.

That’s not normal. That’s not strategy. That’s a red flag with sirens on it.

Because when a leader lies out in the open—and clearly doesn’t care if it gets exposed—that’s not confidence, that’s erosion. That’s the guardrails quietly snapping off one by one. And once credibility is gone, it doesn’t just damage the lies… it contaminates everything. Even the truth starts sounding like spin. Reality turns into a choose-your-own-adventure. That’s how confusion becomes the baseline. Not the exception—the baseline.

This is the turning point. Strong systems push back and correct it. Weak ones shrug, meme it, and normalize it.

And when that happens, people don’t just get mad—they get numb. Cynical. Split into camps that can’t even agree on what’s real anymore, let alone what to do about it.

A system that runs on narratives instead of credibility eventually hits a wall. History shows it over and over—it doesn’t always collapse, but it always comes with a cost.

The real question isn’t what happens next. It’s whether anyone still cares enough about the truth to demand consequences.

Maybe I'm already in the cynical stage, but I think the answer for many is "no, I don't GAF." By the time this administration is done, trust in the US will be so eroded that it will take generations to regain it, if we even can. Our leaders have let us down. Will the American voter be able to right the ship? Can we make enough of a point this November to move the needle? I'm going to try. Vote "NO" on incumbents.

Honestly, that’s not cynicism—that’s where a lot of people are now. It’s hard to keep pretending trust can take hit after hit and somehow just bounce back.

And you’re right, the deeper damage may not be from one policy or one war—it’s the slow erosion of faith in the country itself. When people stop believing their leaders, and the rest of the world starts questioning our word, that kind of damage doesn’t get repaired in one election cycle. Sometimes it takes generations. Sometimes it never comes back.

The hard part is this: once enough people stop caring, accountability doesn’t disappear all at once—it just quietly dies from neglect. And once a country reaches the point where nobody gives a damn anymore, the damage usually doesn’t come from the people lying—it comes from the people who got used to it. I thought I was voting to make America great again…

And here’s the kicker—most people are so locked in on cheering for their side, they don’t even realize what they’re giving up. It’s not about honesty anymore—it’s about the jersey.

People in this very forum will blindly meme whatever fits their narrative, no questions asked. Doesn’t matter if it’s accurate, doesn’t matter if it contradicts reality five minutes later—if it dunks on the other side, it gets posted, liked, repeated. Same exact playbook you see on “Occupy Democrats.” Same energy, just a different logo slapped on it. It’s not even debate anymore—it’s just content farming for your team.

And that’s the painful truth that should hit harder than anything else: it’s not just leaders bending the truth… it’s regular people willingly helping push it, no hesitation, no pushback, just full send because it fits the script. While everyone’s busy trying to win the meme war, nobody notices we’re losing the whole point—truth isn’t even part of the equation anymore...

Very true words. Im more right leaning but im not die hard, these days you cant be especially with all the rhinos and general idiots in the gov out to make money and dont care about anything else. As long as the people are divided nothing will change no matter what puppets are running the show. Things are getting to a point to where it will never change until it collapses...

I’m still voting “red on the head, like a… uh… some part of a dog,” but with a little less blind faith than before.

Because yeah—if things ever do collapse, history says it doesn’t magically come back better. It usually just turns into a mess of civil unrest scrambling in the vacuum, not some clean reboot.

So instead of banking on that, I’m trying to lean more into: “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

Or, if I’m being honest… the Jim Morrison version: “I’m gonna get my kicks before the whole sh#thouse goes up in flames.” 😄

"When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful
A miracle, oh, it was beautiful, magical
And all the birds in the trees, well they'd be singing so happily
Oh, joyfully, oh, playfully watching me
But then they sent me away to teach me how to be sensible
Logical, oh, responsible, practical
And then they showed me a world where I could be so dependable
Oh, clinical, oh, intellectual, cynical
There are times when all the world's asleep
The questions run too deep
For such a simple man
Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned?
I know it sounds absurd
Please tell me who I am
I said, now, watch what you say, they'll be calling you a radical
A liberal, oh, fanatical, criminal
Oh, won't you sign up your name? We'd like to feel you're acceptable
Respectable, oh, presentable, a vegetable
Oh, take, take, take it, yeah
But at night, when all the world's asleep
The questions run so deep
For such a simple man
Won't you please (oh, won't you tell me)
Please tell me what we've learned? (Can you hear me?)
I know it sounds absurd"

"In my rear view mirror the sun is going down
Sinking behind bridges in the road
And I think of all the good things
That we have left undone
And I suffer premonitions
Confirm suspicions
Of the holocaust to come.
The rusty wire that holds the cork
That keeps the anger in

Gives way
And suddenly it's day again.
The sun is in the east
Even though the day is done.
Two suns in the sunset
Hmm
Could be the human race is run.
And as the windshield melts
My tears evaporate
Leaving only charcoal to defend.
Finally I understand the feelings of the few.
Ashes and diamonds
Foe and friend
We were all equal in the end."

"And now the weather. Tomorrow will be cloudy with scattered showers Spreading from the east with an expected high of 4000 degrees
Celsius"

It all starts with the indoctrination system thats for sure.

On a side tangent, I know some amish, the one man he is up on all the latest stuff going on in the gov. I think he listens to the radio a lot, I will get him going about the gov and current events and hes like F**k pelosi and other idiots in the gov, starts rattling off all kinds of stuff. For living a mostly disconnected life and not being violent they sure do pay attention. The general public looks down on them but they try to live without the system as much as possible. Something we all should do.

But... but... but...
I thought their navy was DECIMSTED.
How do you have an oceanic blockade if you have no boats?🤔
Oh yeah, they definitely "don’t have a Navy"—and meanwhile Trump’s still out here blowing smoke up our @ss.

There’s no real “strategy” in lying about ongoing negotiations like this. If anything, the only people being misled are Americans. Iran already knows the truth—they know there aren’t negotiating. So whatever tactic this is, it’s not aimed at the IRGC… it’s aimed at us, by our own administration.
