IRay Bolt TL35 eye relief issues ?

I dont own one but was asking a friend about one and his dealer had one ordered for customer and customer reported eye relief issues and he took it back and got customer different scope AGM Rattler I think . I never have seen any eye relief issues reported on the IRay TL35 . Has anyone else with Bolt have any issues ?
 
It looks just like a Thermion. They must have mounted the screen differently than pulsar. I heard you needed to get in there and look for it. A Thermion it's right there.
 
Looks like eye relief was critical from what I found out . Was not scope issue , just user not used to that scope .
 
I have the bolt with no issues. If you shoot a regular scope then the bolt will feel totally natural to you. That style thermal is the only thing that works right on a bolt gun in my opinion. My hogsters now are my scanners. They were made for AR style gun so with out goofy mods they just didn’t feel right on my bolt gun. The bolt 35 has made it simple. I will say my bolt doesn’t have as nice of a pic as my hogster but still works great to shoot fox/coyotes.
