is a sasquatch a preditor?

I was told by a USFWS employee that if someone was to actually shoot and kill a big foot they could be charged with homicide. Think about that one for a moment....
I have also bee to places that i felt i had no business being there. No birds, no squirrels, no nothing but hair on the back of my neck standing straight up.

I think it is interesting that while there has never been any credible physical proof that the Sasquatch, Big Foot, Hairy Man, Swamp Monster, Boggy Creek Monster and similar creatures actually exist,,, Our well learned Legislators, Wildlife Authorities, and various Prosecutors can deem it necessary to prohibit the killing of one, if seen in the wild...

Certainly a physical body spread out on an examination table would provide a world of answers as to the existence, DNA make up, and the basis for a future decision or ruling as to whether it is human or animal...

I've watched, with interest, many of the programs portraying the various photos, foot imprint castings, and attempts to lure one into documentation and it always seems that there is something that provides reasonable doubt as to the validity of the supposed evidence...

I Want To Know....

.....or even worse (in todays climate

) you would most likely be charged with the killing on an endangered species

?????) are not predators! I've seen them in action many times; so have you. Bigfoot only kills in self defense. At first he's all nice and cool. Bigfoot will mingle! But if you mess with him, try to punk him; he will show you what's up. He'll drink a soda with you; he'll hang. But if that soda can blows up on him and fizzes all over his beard; you better move your a$$. Just sayin'! Bigfoot's a cool critter as long as you're cool with him.

Please,, take the picture of the 2 tubs of lard off, it is hurting my eyes!!
How big or long were those tracks in the snow? I would not think a wolf would scare something that big and strong. If a chimp is 5X stronger than a man, I would hate to find out how strong a bigfoot is. I think I could shoot one, if my rifle is big enough, I don't believe the T.20 is big enough for something like that!!

I don't know if one is out there or not, but when I lived in northern Florida up by the Alabama line me and my grandfather came across some tracks back in the river swamp that looked to be a size 15-16. Could have been one of those big ole rednecks, but either way I didn't want to bump into him or it or whatever it was.

There's parts of western Washington out in the Olympics that are too quiet, and far from civilization. I hate that feeling that something is out there watching me. I believe in survival of the fittest, so I'm gonna stock up on the wheaties and practice running away terrified for my next trip out there.

Remember, if you encounter bigfoot, you dont have to run faster than him, just faster than your hunting partner....

I watched a show a while back on big foot. There was a small village in the mountains and an old crippled lady claimed that big foot would come get her at night and take her to there cave way up in the mountains. The rest of the vilagers said she was just a crazy old lady and hulucinating. The lady was to crippled to go up the mountain on her own so she gave directions to the camera crew. They found the cave exactly where she claimed it would be. There were no prints around but they found hair in the cave. They ran DNA tests and there was nothing on record that matched this fur. Big foot? different animal hidden from everyone for all this time? I've never seen one but I have seen something else (with witnesses) and no not drunk I was only 14 and my father was a there and he doesnt drink as well as a buddy so it is a possibility.
