It's been a while, but I got a new pic. Bow Dog!

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I come bearing a new pic and a new trophy for me. Here is the story:
Got in the stand at about 6 this morning overlooking a hardwood bottom and a gas line behind me. At about 9am I noticed movement down the gas line to my left and low and behold a gift was walking my way. This gal was heading straight for me and went into the bottom at about 40 yards. I had ranged the creek in the bottom to be at 50 yards from the top of the ridge and she stopped just at the creek. I ranged her at 48, put my 40 yard pin on the top of her back, and let the Outback eat. She did two flips and started the death spin immediately. She was dead in 60 seconds. This is my first coyote with a bow and I am very pleased. I guess my predator hunting season began early /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

You guys that can (successfully) fling sharp sticks and kill coyotes at 50 yards never cease to amaze me.

Great Job!!

I am impressed /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowingsmilie.gif! Anyone who can kill a coyote with an arrow HAS to be very good at hunting skills /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif. WTG!
