Tool Crib of the North has the Jet model #708351B Mini-lathe on sale for $199.99. That's the best price I've seen. You can find them at Tool Crib of the North. Let us know if anyone finds a better price anywhere.

Moose, they are on sale at several places because Jet introduced the same lathe but with electronic variable speed.

BUT, I bought mine for 199.00 at TOOLS PLUS because they will ship to 48 states for only $6.50!! Thats what I paid.

The Jet weighs 80 lbs,shipping is usually like 40-50 bucks. You aint gonna find it much cheaper than $6.50.

Edit: I just noticed your model number is different than the one Im talking about, mine is the JML-1014.

I just checked Tool Crib's web site a little more closely. It is the same lathe. They list both numbers. And they have free shipping. You just have to wait 5-9 days. With that being the case, looks like they have the best price so far.
