Where'd you run into "Guido"? At their shop?

We try to monitor order notes to ensure if someone mentions it there that we get one in the box, but the best method is to add it to your cart for sure, as it itemizes it on the invoice.
 
I made my first order last night. I got the confirmation email that my order shipped today! I was impressed!

By the way the items I purchased was at the best prices found on the net!

I've ordered 3 or 4 times from them and have never had a complaint to date. Ill have to keep the Tshirt in mind next time haha.
 
Have heard nothing but good things about this place, but I have to tell ya I'm not so impressed with my 1st order from them. I ordered on the 27th and it's now the 29th without an "order was shipped email". So much for the fast shipping. I live in Iowa and Kansas is not that far away. Is an $189.00 order. Thumbs down for me

Can you PM your order # to me? Also, sometimes the "your order has shipped" email doesn't get generated for some reason, or it hits the spam filter, or a customer inputs their email incorrectly so it doesn't get sent to the right place, etc. You can check your order tracking (and tracking updates) here:

Also, its generally best to email, PM, or call if you have an issue with ANY retailer, rather than post up on a forum with negative feedback, as it doesn't give a retailer a chance to remedy the situation, or see if there is a reason for any delays. I'd suggest checking the tracking on the website before anything.

Edit: I just did a quick search for that dollar amount, in your state, ordered on that day and only came up with one order #. It was ordered at 1:33 PM, and shipped out the same afternoon. If its the order I'm thinking it is, it looks like it's scheduled for delivery, today, on 8/29 (less than 48hrs after it was ordered). Let me know if this isn't the case...

If so, it probably won't get much better than that from any retailer. It was in fact ordered in the early afternoon, and still shipped out same day.

I'm incredibly sorry for the bad review. Just opened my mailbox, there it is! I'm a happy camper now! I never did receive an email showing it had shipped. Once again I'm sorry Joe bob. Thanks for the fast shipping! Will order from again.
 
I also did call and talk to someone, and when looked at my account on line it showed it was processing from the time I ordered to opening my mailbox. No worries thanks guys

There is another dealer out there that had stuff that JB did not and I used them and its been a 2 week ordeal that has not turned out good at all.

I'm glad the order arrived in a timely fashion.

Technology isn't always 100%, and neither are people. It looks like the order was marked as shipped, and then reverted back to processing. Sometimes (about once every 500-1000 orders) this happens. It can just be an odd occurrence, or because the payment was processed AFTER the order was marked as shipped, causing a change in the order status without the shipper noticing, etc, etc.

The tracking updates however never lie. Normally you should get tracking updates via email, but it's not 100% with firewalls, spam filters, etc. You can always check them through the webcart though, 24x7.

....you know you want a new shirt. Have you seen all the new designs that have been trickling in???? I think we're up to 50ish total designs made thus far, with a plethora of tshirt colors making for a ton of combinations. Don't fight the urge much longer....give in.

GW Trapper, What has been seen can not be un-seen. Your comments are out there for all to see and it seems your order got to you in very quick order. It's a shame that Joseph's reputation has to take a hit no matter how small it may be. Remember this next time it takes less than 48 hours to erk you.

Ordered several times from JB's, not only did I get my order quickly,and free shirt, I saved money.

Anyone remember the days when orders took an average of 6-8 weeks ?

Guess we have become a spoiled society.

Dont care what anyone says that is funny....

The dealer That I wont mention carries parts that I couldn't get for awhile somewhere else. Next time I will wait, lesson learned. I dont need to bad mouth them as they ran me and others off with such good customer service and bad attitude.

Man I am impressed with the service of JOEBOBSOUTFITTERS.COM. I have referred several people to the site regarding the Spikes tactical pats.

I think that if you were to get an AR15.com link you would get twice the business. I PM'd 5 different people and all 5 had never heard about the site and said thanks they were going to use JoeBobs.
