A friend has one. We place it 10-20 yards away and use mouth blown calls. Once an animal is spotted we let the JS Attractor seal the deal. We have called in a few animals and my friend has used it more extensively with success.

Oh, just to be clear. The JS Attractor isn't intended as a primary call as it doesn't have enough volume. It is as it's name suggests. An attractor, much like an electronic coaxer.

Thanks for the info, a good e-call is on my to buy real soon list !!!! I haven't had any luck with the j.s yet. I'm new to predator hunting but trying to learn fast as possible.I hunt in central alabama so the terain is mostly wooded with small openings and fields.

Larry, would that be a yes? Or did you just cut the speaker leads and run them to the amp?

I'm still thinkin that an Attractor II and a Big horn speaker would be the cheapest, easiest way to get a remote e-caller. Now if i could talk JS into making an Attractor II with coon sounds.

That's exactly how I use mine, and with good success (IMO)
I really like my Attractor.

You would need to run an amp to the horn speaker and then plug the speaker into the unit. Cass Creek game calls sells a self-powered horn speaker. I have an Attractor and was looking into it. I wonder if it would be loud enough to use for a main call . . .

Radio Shack has an amp that will work for $20. They also have a weatherproof loudspeaker for about the same $$.
