I sent my old call to johnny stewart over 1 1/2 years ago for repairs. After hearing nothing back from them I called and they said they don't repair their own equipment anymore and gave me the name 7 number of the person they contract out. I called the number and the guy said they couldn't find my call but would look for it and call me back.This was in oct. of '02 and I have still heard nothing. In the meantime I have lost both phone numbers. Does anyone here have the phone number for Johnny Stewart and maybe a good person to talk to there who actually cares about the customer? Try E mailing them at website@hunterspec.com Johnny Stewart company was always good about quick turn around with repairs when I needed them. Gerald is still around too, but I don't have his E mail address.

I had a problem with my remote, called them explained the problem,they gave me a return autherization number I mailed the remote to(Cedar Rapids) them and in 3 weeks had it back in my hands working perfect.
