JP Anti-Walk Trigger pin install?

I'm putting together a lower for my Bison 6.8 that is on it's way. I bought had a parts kit laying around but it didn't come with a trigger, therefore no trigger pins. I am putting a Timney in the lower and have a set of JP Oversized Pins from a previous build.

The pins are .156 and the receiver holes are .154. For those of you that have installed these, do I need to tap them in or is a reaming in order. Obviously with the difference in the pin size and hole size they are gonna be snug. I really don't want to ream anything on the receiver. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I should also add that I know I probably don't need the anti-walk pins but I have an extra set. Don't want to have to spend more money on parts.

This is my experience....put 2 different sets in....wished I didn't on both sets. They were very very tight on the jewel triggers in them.

I'd just get some standard pins. I used those JP no walks when I put a JP trigger set in my Colt AR. It was a major pain removing and installing those oversize pins as I filed the disconnector to fit. I had to tap those pins in and out each time, where with standard pins I could have just pushed them out after tapping them off the springs.

I like the Timney trigger but do worry about the pins coming lose and costing me a day of hunting when a pin falls out. I found a set of pins on ebay that are individaully installed with retaining screwes on each end. The best part they are $13.00. Just type in antiwalk pins
