Juiced?

They have an 80% miss rate, most don't train beyond a static range, throw in adrenaline and lack of stress inoculation into the equation. Shooting while moving should be in the qual for them.
 
there used to be a book called, street survival. they had a section in there that showed a guy hit like 39 times by the cops, he kept shooting back until he ran outta blood.

apparently nothing hit his brain or spine.

I know a retired chicago cop, He has told some crazy stories. His wife was a cop too, she carried a .45 because her 9 wouldn't stop a guy high on PCP in one incident.
 
i was told to not say where i aimed. always shoot at the suspect, center mass.

prosecutors and civil attorneys will have a field day if you claim to hit where you aim. some numb nut always says something stupid like "why didnt you just hit him in the arm"
 
It's being reported that the cop fired 18-20 shots, but I haven't been able to find anything about how many times he actually hit the suspect yet.

I seen a video of another angle (a lady across the street). It was brutal.
