We just got back from filming a TV show for FOXPRO FURTAKERS up in Idaho with the NightForce crew and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the tour we did of the manufacturing facility they have up there in Orifino ID. I have never seen a more dedicated crew making the best rifle scopes on the planet. The attention to detail, the steps and process that they put each scope through to make sure they are the best and toughest scopes on the planet amazed me. I didn't know that each scope is tested like it is. The best part is they have almost 90 American families making these amazing scopes and they truly are an "American Made" company...Both FOXPRO and NightForce have the same philosophy. Build it in America, with hard working Americans, and make it the best. If only more manufacturing US companies would follow this road to success I think our country could get back on the right track. The only scope I will ever buy from now on will be a NightForce. We put these scopes to the test every day we are in the field and now I know why they have never let us down, they are simply the best scope you can attach to any rifle. We even killed some coyotes up there in Northern ID, and it will be a cool episode for you to watch. I know that buying "American Made" might cost a little more up front, but I guarantee after seeing how they are made and the people making them definitely make it worth it 100%. Thanks NightForce.

Al Morris.

Ive driven by Orofino many a time and often thought of stopping in the Night Force facility. Do they normally offer tours of their facility or did you have to threaten them at gunpoint ?

I have one NF and the clarity is amazing. I have a buddy that has at least ten of these scopes and I love everyone of them. A good product indeed.

As for Nightforce--I believe the glass is from Japan and most components are American made that are then assembled.

No Nightforce expert---I just own 3!!!!!

Psyops is correct in that some of the components are made in different places across the globe but they all come to Orofino ID to be put together by an amazing crew of people...My scopes say made in USA stamped on the tube. I think in the past more assembly was done overseas..Glad to see they changed that...
I shoot a NXS 3.5-15x50 on my 22-250 ruger hawkeye, I shoot a NXS 2.5x10 in the Ruger 556 black gun...both setups have proven very effective on the coyotes.
Nightforce scopes are worth every penny.
Good luck, Al.

I know the 2.5-10s say USA on them.IIRC

Mine does. But, mine is the .35-15x50 F1.

From what I understand PSYOPS is pretty much on the money about what he said about the glass, and where things are assembled. I do believe the F1's are totally made and assembled in the U.S. from American made parts.

There is a percentage of components that are assembled that dictate whether you can put Made In The USA on stuff. Once you exceed the compontent percentage, it doesn't matter if you put them together here, they can't be represented as made in the USA.

Lots of companies are still using Americans to do the work.

been using Lightforce lights and Nightforce scopes for years...

love um ! highly recommend them to all that want high quality lights and scopes.
