Kabar Grizzly

My wife tells me that at my age I should be liquidating some stuff. So ----- I have had this knife for a long time and it may be time to get rid of it. I believe it is a Kabar Grizzly. Do any of you have any idea as to what it is worth?

It is very tight, locks solidly, is in really good shape for it's age. Thanks.



 
Unfortunately, many here do not know what they see. This is a highly valuable and rare Kabar. BUT, that is what the knife forum is all about. Much to be learned, and I learn more every day, and am thankful for that.

Never seen anything like it.
Cool knife with some of the nicest scales I've seen.
 
It's worth some bucks if you do consider selling. For instance one sold in Nov for $2,000 on auction (start price $1000) and that was with a minor crack/repair. If you wish to get in contact with serious auto knife collectors I can shoot you some info by PM. Shawn
