Kreiger or Hart?

You're splitting hairs....ackleyman is exactly right. Get the one that's available. If it's from somebody else, that's fine too. Lots of people make a good product. Other than factory barrels I have custom tubes from about 10 different barrelmakers and they're all good. I'd buy any of them again.
