Just wanted to toss this out there for anyone wondering about upgrading their stock on their rifle. I recently purchased a KRG Bravo chassis for my Ruger American Predator (yes I am one of those who likes the "new age" style ergonomics). This is on a multi-purpose 22-250 rifle that will be used for groundhogs, coyotes, fox etc. I shoot it out of a tripod most of the time as well. The chassis is awesome! Great ergonomics, not too heavy, and well constructed. If you have been mulling over the idea of doing this to one of your sporter style rifles, I highly recommend giving this one a try. Still has that rifle stock feel and look for those traditionalists, but benefits of the rigidity and repeatability of a chassis.
