Well if I may make a suggestion? Don't go with the Lacrosse, but instead take a look at the Davis.
If you buy This One you will have an very trouble free weather station.
Do a search on this model and read the reviews. I've had one for 2 yrs now and just love it. The wireless model is really great and please, do a good research for pricing.

They sure do, the model that is in the link that I posted does just that. You put your Lat/Long in and that's it, it now will give the barometric pressure for your location.
Davis instruments are used by many people. Our regional airport here, also uses Davis weather station.
