Lead Sleds- what do you use.....

...for weight? Just recently bought the Solo and it came with the bag. I've seen guys use lead shot, small 5 and 10 pound weights, bricks and so on. What do you choose to use and why?

Once I add some weight, I know my groups will begin to shrink some. Sorry if there may be a better place for this question, but currently I'm sighting in my new SD AR, if that helps....

I use lead shot. I quit reloading shotgun shells and used the lead I still had from that.
it works great never any problems.
if I had to do it over I think I would use a larger shot
 
I use an old weight out of a rope pull manlift. It's 30 lbs and has a built in handle for easy carry. Still small enough to stay out of the way with anything under 30 round mags. Sled is a shooters ridge.
 
Thanks guys!! I priced some lead shot at Midway the other day, and I guess I felt too cheap to spend $20+ for lead shot?!? : )
