LED Hunting Lights

WOW... after 12 pages of post... I'm even getting confused as to what light is what...

Maybe we all need to meet at Happy's driveway along with Smilin... and do some testing.

or we could all send Happy and Smilin a few bucks to buy and test lights... then make a comparison chart...
 
My headlamp came in, I'm really happy with it. Hope to try it hunting this weekend. I used the DJ light gel trick and didn't dim the light too much; though wish it could still be as bright as without it.


Anyway thanks for the tip on the great light.
 
Well it took 5 days to find my light and get the little china man headed back across the cable. He sure is slow.

Finally, the light I ordered back in Jan arrived at my home in Michigan. I even talked my wife into charging the batteries for me. Can't wait to get back home Friday and shine it on the neighbor's house (accidentally of course).
 
I ordered my on feb. 7th and got mine on the 23rd.
Great light. now I have to get more for the boys and my dad
wish they would do a bulk shipping for me.
 
1600 Lumens? This must run through batteries like crazy.

well got my x2000 and took it apart put some red celaphane over the bulb inside.

Aligns perfectly with my crosshairs on the scope. Bright to boot.

This is in daylight with the light on to show how bright it actually is. The beam color is pink/red.

thanks, taking the light out tonight...Too excited not to try it out. might buy another for scanning. $12.00 cant really beat it.


Also, I have the primos nightblaster scope light. This is ten times better. No cables, no recharge (Just AAA batteries), shines further, and has a spot beam with little flood.

I am still waiting on the cree scanning lights to arrive, ordered them on 2-13, hopefully they will be here before long.
I am going to order 1 of the 900 zoom lights, then should be good to go,
