Lets meet at Gerald's office?

Hey all you guys from the Waco vacinity. I am making an offer to try and schedule a night for a get together for some fun. I will provide the Chips and Dips and some non alcoholic beverages. If you want to bring a beer or two that is fine but I will ask that the hard liquor be left at home.

We can watch some hunting DVDs or simply shoot the bull about our predator calling adventures or do both with no official quiting time. I have to warn you though that when my body says we are through....I am going home. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

For those of you interested, chime in with some input on when a time would be best for you. I would even consider making it on a Weekend afternoon so there would be plenty of time for those who need to drive a few miles to get home at a decent hour.

If it turns into several hours of how to instruction for me then there will be a $10 seminar exit fee. Just kidding. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Let me know if you are interested so I can estimate a head count. My conference room can comfortably hold to as much as 25. More than that and I will open the doors and we can spill out into the front offices and the back production wharehouse.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Just about any evening during the week after 7 or so is pretty good for me. For a weekend it would just depend b/c I have the kids every other weekend. Just keep us posted..

I would most likely come along with 2 or 3 of my normal hunting Buddies. My Hunting Buddies are all too cheap to buy beer much less hard stuff. A thousand dollar gun is no problem though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

I am 5 miles away and any day except Tuesday and weekends are good for me. We are usually racing on week ends but Saturday nights are usually open.

Lance, I'm 750 miles closer than you and it's still not a weekend drive. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Gerald - How many hours away is WACO from Tucson?

I know how far it is by a map search, but sometimes there are short cuts the map programs miss. I know you've traveled back and fourth between here and there quite a bit during the last year, so I know you have the trip down to a science.

Sorry, I can not make this. Something about bring to much class into Texas. Seriously, I would love to make this, but since I am a low man on the totem pole, I have to work on our Home game days and that makes us very busy with family time on away game days. Thanks for the offer and maybe some other time Gerald.

Gerald,
I would love to go but our very healthy 4 month old daughter is keeping me at home. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

If your ever in the Austin Area please let me know. I would be glad to have you over for some coffee or soda, and tell a few lies (I mean I would be telling all lies /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif ), we could even walk out the back and hunt a few coyotes. There are 3 packs around the house.

Doug

Oh & at most it will be +1 with me. I'm all about the monthly or quarterly idea on this too. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
