Right on Jeff! I make it a point to look for articles about border violence and issues and then send those articles with a few comments to all my friends. Obviously it's not any real work, but I do it to try and keep folks enlightened about the news we never hear about around here. We have so many illegals causing wrecks around here it's pitiful! Then they either try to leave or get out and pretend not to understand a word you say. Happened to my sister. When the spanish-speaking cop showed up all the sudden they started speaking english.. Of course, no license, no insurance AND THEY DIDN'T GO TO JAIL! Let one of us citizens try that one. That doesn't even BEGIN to touch the numbers of child molesters, theives, and drug runners that flood our legal system here in Texas!
I have no clue what's down the road for us. With the violent side of the illegals, and the stated goals of LaRaza and the other radical elements I SUSPECT it will be more important-particularly for those in border states-to be ready to protect oneself/family. We sure are getting the message that the government won't help!!

Had a carload of illegals wreck near here New Years eve. Drunked up,no license ,insurance, or current registration. A couple were DRT. We won't be paying their Medicaid any longer. The family of Americans they ran head on into were okay. Our local fishwrapper (newspaper) conveniently forgot to mention their immigration status. Imagine that.

I think the bigger issue is that these events don't make it into main stream media. When I lived in Michigan for a year, I never heard anything about illegals except when they did their marches. How many people know that two Syrians were caught in Avra Valley coming across with illegals?

The illegals have managed to dilute the issue by saying "the United States thrives on immigration" tying legal and illegal immigration as one. Call a Congressman and tell them point blank "next time you vote for the illegals I won't be voting for you, I'll tell everybody I know your views"

The last few times the RNC has called my house looking for a Political donation. They have got an ear full on their non border policy and no money. If they get the same thing from all of you they will start to see the picture. Tom Tancredo is the only Republican that has gotten a donation from me in the last three years.
