Lets See Your Pictures

I find it rather interesting in viewing eveyone's predator hunting areas around the country. Some places are "flat as a flitter" where you can see for miles and miles and wouldn't dream there could possibly be an animal out there. Other places have rugged canyons and rock outcrops, and catcus everywhere in the lowland. Some guys hunt deep woods, while others (like me) hunt in mostly thick places and mountainous woodlands. While we may all hunt in different types of terrain, we all have one thing in common - predator hunting is addicting!!

Just thought I'd share my hunting area. It would be nice for everyone to post pictures of the terrain you hunt. Will give a good perspective of our country and the various land features we are blessed with.

I called a yote into this narrow road a couple of months back. I got busted, but got him into the road nonetheless.

Terrain behind me is so thick that you would have to crawl through it.

Places like this are common here in the mountains.

Here are some pics from Robert Lee, Texas. Lotsa cactus, cedar, and mesquite. I'd give my left one to hunt in the flat open country you guys are putting up here.

Yellowhammer, that ground in the first three pics looks like where I hunt in South Georgia. One of my buddies is dating a girl whose father wants us to shoot the coyotes on his place. They were grilling out last night and he said that so many coyotes were howling from all directions he'd be nervous to go out there at night unarmed. We are supposed to go this Sunday and try them. We only have 3 1/2 weeks til turkey season so we'll have to hit them quick. We'll probably end up calling them in while we are turkey hunting too.

Man, what great pictures. We really have a big diversity here.

Gene'o, all I can say is, your yotes must be very good rock climbers. I can't imagine hunting in something like that. I thought I had it bad.

These pictures make me want to hunt elsewhere for a change. Perhaps everyone feels that way.

Keep 'em coming. The good ole USA certainly is a great place.

West TN... this is cat heaven. My favorite place to hunt kitties, right off the swamp bottoms!

Great post '06!!!!!! Love these photos! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
