Limb Saver pre-fit pad for TIKKA T3 Deluxe?

Does anyone have the t3 deluxe with wooden stock and have replaced the butt pad with a pre-fit Limb Saver brand? If so, could you please tell me which model # you used it's in 270 win. Thanks.

Not sure if this helps, but ...
I have a Tikka T3 Hunter (wood) in 30-06. I replaced the factory pad with a Limbsaver and it fit great(no sanding) and really cuts down on recoil. I asked, researched and looked some more and settled on the Precision-Fit Recoil Pad #10011- for a Tikka t3 Lite and Tikka T3 rifle.
If your Deluxe has the same size stock as the Hunter, you are in business. You can call the company to find out that answer.
I bought mine at Scheels in IOWA for $37.99 two years ago.

I read somewhere on the net, that the Hunter and the deluxe would use the same number pad you mentioned. so, your probably correct but I'll call and check to make sure. Thanks!

Go to the "template" section on their site and hold your existing butt plate up against the ones on the screen to make sure it's the same size, shape AND the holes line up. Also make sure the size of the pad is scaled correctly on your screen, whick means that if the pad says it is 5 inches long hold a measuring tape to your computer screen to see that is is indeed 5". If not adjust your page sizing so the scale matches.

Should I take the factory pad and spacer both, off first and check just the wood pad base to the template? Thanks!
