loading sounds to foxpro wildfire 2

Mine still only has the originals, so I've got around 150 open spots. Followed all the steps to load about 15 new sounds but can only get 5 of them to stick. have tried to delete those and start over but am unable to affect any change at all now in the sound lineup on the caller.
Anybody else encountered similar issues?
I emailed FoxPro support and they're always very good, but don't really wanna be mailing my caller anywhere right now.
 
Call Fox Pro on the phone and they will walk you through it. That is the quickest and easiest way to solve the problem.
 
Please refer to the manual. If you do not have a physical copy, load the pdf file for your model from the FoxPro site. Page 13 and 14 deals with downloading sounds and loading them to your remote. You will have to download the latest version of the FoxPro Programming Utility. If you still have trouble after reading the instructions in the manual, call FoxPro and they'll be glad to walk you through it.
 
They also have vids on you tube. I just loaded a few of the free ones on my wildfire 2 yesterday. Pretty straightforward once you do it. You also have to update the remote after you get them on the call.
