+1 to daddyflea's reply. Meals Rejected by E-caller users are way better now than when they first came out. Back then they sucked for sure /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif, now they are pretty good /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif. They are not 5 star dining but I'll give 'em three P-38s /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Yea, I am one of those guys who would "trade up" to get ham and (MFs) eggs in the C-Rats /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif!

I usually don't take much along, except a smaller cooler of diet Dr. Pepper anda few Little Debbie snacks.
I reckon the Diet pop is to make you feel better about all the sugar you are eating in the Little Debbies /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif? Live a little Shaun, when hunting take the full stength Dr. Pepper /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif!

Snackables seem like a neat idea! I got burned on a pack when I bit into the little ham discs it was mostly gristle /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif. All pieces were cut from the same "main piece", the exact cut of gristle was in each disc /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif, felt like trying to chew through a bungee cord /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif! I haven't ate one since /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif.
Crapshoot:
What is a Boudain /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif?
I collect different types of backpacking stoves, solid fuel, alcohol, cartridge, white gas, glycol, etc., etc. I always have one with me in the truck. A "brew up" of tea is always a nice way to relax for a few minutes and warm up!
I picked up a neat food item at the grocery store this morning that has potential for hunting trips. It is a container of hot chocolate or you can get coffee. It is cold to start, you simply turn it upside down and press a button in and it activates a heater on the bottom of the container. In about 8 minutes you have a hot drink, no fuss or any other item like a stove needed. It was pretty neat.
