I set up the returned Gen6 Last night and loaded about 60 rounds of 223 and 6mm. No more than 5 rounds with the same charge weight. The Gen6 didn't throw a single heavy charge. If not on the money it was a 10th under. Whatever a "motor board" is that they replaced, it fixed it. I think it works better now than when it was new. And I double checked the invoice and Lyman calls it a Motor board.
