Not true you can file for a certain FFL that allows you to build Class 3 items post 86. Its how vegas FA ranges stay in business.

ETA: its not as easy as just file and you get it. there are certain restrictions, my point is that there are post 86 full autos.

Sorry i meant you can become a dealer who has a ffl that can manufacture FA weapons. its not just fill out a form and boom you can make it, you just said its illegal to make a full auto after 1986 which is not true cause htere are plenty of post 86 FA, none in the civilian market BUT they can be made by certain dealers who hold the FFL that allows the manufacture.

The demoncrats, led by Schumer back in 1985 had stopped money to the VA in an effort to get the pres to sign a spending bill, in which, was the rider that would kill continued manufacture of new FA's. Reagon refused to sign the bill for over a year. Yes, the demoncrats knew people were dying at the VA because the VA couldn't afford to treat them. Hollyweird even made a movie about it starring two guys as doctors who went around the hospital administration to operate on a veteran who would die without the treatment. All very well known back then. The demoncrats could have cared less. And of course the media made it all out like it was Reagon's fault and lots of stupid people believed the media.
Reagon was super-pissed as he signed the bill, he even spoke on the souless nature of the demoncrat. I watched him on TV as he did it. He signed the bill so he could get the money to the VA.
