magazine capacity in Arizona?

I have lived in AZ 53 years. I guess I need to read the new hunting regulation. I use to have them memorized. Now I guess not. Is the 5 round magazine limited still in affect? Where can I read this I have spent some time and cant find the rule.

Look on the right side and you can download the regulations.

In the regulations you will read:

A.R.S. 17-231
General powers and duties of the
commission
A. The commission shall:
3. Establish hunting, trapping and fishing rules and
prescribe the manner and methods that may be
used in taking wildlife, but the commission shall not
limit or restrict the magazine capacity of any authorized
firearm.

Looks like they defer to the Federal regulations for migratory birds when they limit shotguns for migratory birds to 3 shots, but there are no such regulations on predator hunters.
