Marlin Lever gun sling suggestions

I want to be able to use a sling on my Marlin 1895 Cowboy but really not to crazy about drilling the stock and installing studs. Any suggestions?

Am I missing something. I didn't see anything there for mounts that don't require drilling his gun.

jetman, those are nice. That would be a classy way to go.

reb8600, it looks like it fits the fore-end cap with a swivel in it, but I can't tell for sure. I guess thats something else to buy.

My 1895 SBL came with sling swivel studs so I can't help you there but I have one sling for all of my rifles. It is leather with a wider padded section at the shoulder. All those neoprene, fabric slings are not my cup of tea.

I did see one that looked like it might attach to the barrel.
