You hit the nail on the head exactly about this current spending binge our country is on. No one will be excluded... Some will just have planed a little farther ahead the past 20 years or so than some of the other folks have.
Course the other folks who haven't planned for the future are probably some of the same ones who are currently whining because they can't find reloading supplies at the last minute at a 1970's price...
The old "6-P Principle" applies.... Proper Preparation Prevents Pi$$-Poor Performance...and results too in some cases...
