Missed 2 coyotes and got 2 coyotes in the fog!

On my first stand of the morning yesterday I missed 2 coyotes in some fog with my rifle. In the fog I could only see about 200 yards. I am pretty sure I got excited and jerked the trigger. Shooting two rounds of Trap with a shotgun the night before didn't help my smooth rifle trigger pull any.:(

A few stands later I was sitting in some bushes about 3 foot tall with my Foxpro about 25 yards out in front of me. I had a big male coyote run in from my left about 40 yards away and dropped him and then saw another coyote to my far left and dropped it about 20 yards away just before it would have disappeared into the brush.

It was a huge male for around here.
I shot both of these coyotes with 3" 1-1/2 oz loads of TSS #3 shot, not a wiggle from either coyote.

When you go up in elevation and get above the fog it sure is pretty looking out over the fog.

When I was shooting a lot of sporting clays my rifle shooting would definitely suffer briefly until my brain would catch up to my trigger finger. Lol... Nice job on the double, and incredible pictures, as usual.

The second coyote in that double was just like shooting a fast Sporting Clays Rabbit target. I shoot much better I don't have to use my brain.
