Missing drag

Gotta love catching bobcats on a drag, lol!!! Noticed trap was gone and followed the tore up brush. Found the drag hung up and looked up and this is what I see…

I like coyotes on drags, but prefer my bobcats anchored like this one.

Maybe 50yds…he was in some thick small pines. What’s crazy is a cat will pull a drag twice as far as a coyote. Thats the second one I’ve found hanging from the side of a tree, lol. It’s REALLY fun when they hang up in Broomsedge and it’s dark without knowing just how much free chain they have. I’ve found it best to get in front of them and hope the drag holds if they come at you vs coming in from the rear and they reverse course. Had another cat this morning, but this one was on an anchored set!!
