If you're talking about the one that has the rotating wings, it should work. A turkey feather tethered to a dowel rod by some monofilament has killed a mountain of coyotes.

Never used the mojo dove decoy for coyotes. But I have used several crow decoys and the crow gathering call on my FoxPro caller in conjunction with distress calls with great success. Seems coyotes are put at ease when they hear that combination and readily respond to the call. Plus the crow calling along with the distress rings the dinner bell for an easy meal with coyotes.
