Finally found a BNIB Mossberg MMR in Mossy Oak Brush and it's on its way, complete with bullet button and shipping from a dealer out east to CA for $814.99.

Now we wait for the 10 days, then pay the taxes and FFL fee and find a scope and mount. To keep costs down, I'm think P.E.P.R and the Nikon Coyote special in 3-9x40 in Mossy Oak Brush to match.Can't wait to get out and do some calling and filming with this rig. Spent last weekend scouting with the girlfriend so we're good to go.
 
Congratulations. That's a fine package you have on the way. Be sure to post some pictures once you get it out in the field and shoot some predators with it.
 
Thanks guys. Now I need to find a decent sling and a drag bag with shooting mat. Also going to pick up one of the lower end foxpro until I can get back to Vancouver to pick up my WT and other gear.

Girlfriend and I are headed to Bishop to do some scouting for yotes then to mammoth for a fly fishing fair. Can't wait until she arrives. Gotta find some ammo too. Crazy prices for .223 right now. Need some lead free loads and some standards. Trying to get my bearings on where I can use lead and where I can't. So [beeep] weird hunting varmints with lead free bullets. Recommendations for factory ammo for this rifle? Until I get set up for reloading I'm stuck with factory stuff.
 
I have the same gun in black with a Leupold 3x9 ar scope. Very accurate. I also have the pepr mount. I love it. I wish it was camo.
 
Found some primers and some Win 748, but still no bullets. Last night I found a place online with Hornady Varmint Express Ammo with 55 v-max at a decent price of $14.99, so I bought 5 boxes to get started.

I also found a hunter partner out by Bishop who I'm going to get out with to do some calling and filming. Things are looking up.

SOooooooo hard waiting for the rifle. It's still not off the truck at my FFL and then there will be STILL be a 10 day wait once it arrives, hopefully tomorrow. Don't know how you Americans do it.
