Ok, I just bought this scope to put on my Savage 12 FCV in 204. I've read good reviews on it. I was wondering if anyone here has experience with them. How do they track? do they hold zero? I haven't picked up my gun yet so I've only looked through it but the glass seems decent and the turrets have audible stops.

Hard to believe, but paid around $50 for this particular Mueller Eraticator at a gun show outside of Houston about 5 months ago. Dealer claimed they'd bought a bunch of Mueller scopes at a bankruptcy auction of some sporting goods company, why the price was so low for my Mueller. Wish I'd bought several of them.
Scope has been on a few of my center fire rifles with 308 being the largest cartridge rifle. Presently, I've been using it on one of my more accurate rifles, a 223 Heavy barrel. Clarity/brightness of its glass is quite good at its highest power, which is what I always use for my target shooting that's generally done from 100 to 200 yds. Turrets track well for me. Like the fine target dot cross-hair in mine.
Anyone that has viewed thru my Mueller has been favorably impressed with it and these guys have some pretty high standards for optics.
Guess I've shot at least 500 rounds with it mounted on my rifles.....zip problems with it.
