mueller scopes

I would like to know more about Mueller myself. Particularly their illuminated models. Are you a fan of their products from experience?

i have an apv that i love. for being a 130 dollar scope or how ever much they cost, love em. optics are about as good as they get. even in low light they are not bad and can hold their own

I've got the 8.5-25 eraticator with the illuminated dot and so far it has been a fine scope. No problems unless you forget to turn off the light and kill the battery. It's too much magnification for most hunting and I'm thinking on a smaller scope. They are hard to beat for the $$.

+1, I use it on my varmint AR. Way more than I usually need (I leave it on 10x mostly), but the illuminated reticle is invaluable when the g-hogs steps into the shadows of the treeline. The center dot is 1/2 and inch at 100 yards on 25X. The small break between the dot and the bottom verticle cross hair is 1/2 inch.

For the money, I still haven't found as a good a scope for my needs.

field of view at 100 yds.....6'3" to 18'8" according to the Meuller web site. Cranking it down to 8.5 and trying to find something moving at 50 yds is next to impossible. My next scope will probably be 3x9 or 4x16.

I should add that I can count the tailfeathers on a crows butt at 450 yds when cranked up to 25. Glass is very clear and tracking has always been spot on.

I have a 4-16X50 Mueller Mildot with Illuminated Dot on My 12FV in .204. Its a very good scope for the Money. Other than forgetting to turn the dot off, and losing a battery, No problems here.

I have a 4x16x50 tactical 2 and for the money($215) It is very hard to beat in my opinion.I have mine on a m700 sps varmint 204 ruger And love it. Glass is really clear and low light is as good as all my nikons. The lighted mil-dot works great as well.Hope this helps!

i have an apv and a 8x32x40mm 30mm tube tt's and sf. both are very impressive, glass and tracking are great. these are very nice scopes, i hope everyone is haveing as good of luck with meuller's as i am.

My buddy and I both own a Mueller Eradicator 8.5-25x50 and have had great luck with them prairie dog hunting as well as punching paper. I recently upgraded to a Sightron SIII and sent my Eradicator to Mueller to have them look at a problem I was having with the windage turret and they mailed me a brand new scope! I was very pleased with the customer service/ warranty service.. Now I'm sitting on a brand new scope with nothing to mount it on and I will probably end up selling it as a new rifle is not in my near future.. (contact me if interested) Mueller makes a fantastic product for the price..

I have two Muellers. An older 3.5 x 10 that is the best $108 scope on the planet IMO. My new APV, not so much. Its not as well finished and not nearly as clear. You can get an APV for $114 or there about.

I've had two Muellers for several years...a 8-25 Eradicator MilDot and a 2-7x Multi-Shot (Illuminated) that I keep on my hunting/competition AR that has a fantastic reticle (see below)...for fast shooting/target acquisition...

I had to send the Eradicator in for some warranty work due to some minor spots on the objective lens and they replaced it..No problem, even though I didn't have the original receipt and only furnished my original point of purchase..

Anybody else have any experience with the Mueller Tactical 4x16x50mm with the Illuminated Mil dot. Looks like it might be a good canidate for my Fox AR
