The most I have ever gotten hunting solo was 17. Last time Wes came and hunted he said we are going to beat your best hunt. We killed 18 just pleasure hunting.

Who in hell shoved a corn cob up your a$$? I simply asked if you used a radio, and if so, what kind and how if oerformes. You might be surprised at how much I have gotten out in the last 55 years of calling. In addition, I couldn’t give a $hit about contest hunting whatsoever. Get over yourself.
 
I think Jeremy might be a bit short on sleep. He seems to think you implied he was breaking contest rules, which I dont think is the case.

Now that we're all friends again, I'll say that I have used radios for many years. Recently we switched to Tidradio ham-style handhelds. They're bigger and heavier than the Midlands we used before, but work much better in hilly terrain, have batteries that last forever, and have much better options for headsets.

I’m not a contest hunter—this was actually my first—but even I know every team member has to hunt together. Your assumption basically implies we cheated. If that wasn’t your intent, then I apologize. We filmed the entire hunt, and once I get through all the footage and condense it down, I’ll add it to this thread. You’ll see what went down: no radios, no splitting up, all of us hunting together.

Yeah, I don't think that's what he was implying. I use radios any time I'm not solo so the guy that's 60 yards away, covering the downwind (or whatever) can communicate with the rest of the crew. Honestly, I'm not sure how anyone hunts in a team without them.

As I said, I don’t give a shit about your contest. I the only assumption that was made was yours that I suggested you were cheating. I don’t know what the rules of a contest are and again, I couldn’t care less.
Your assertion that I don’t get out much is another embarrassment. I’ve probably been hunting them longer than you’ve been alive.
I’ll stop by adding one other thought. Predator Masters has lost countless members that have decades of experience because of assholes who did exactly what you did to me. It’s one of the reasons they chose to leave and not come back. It would be in your best interest to think before you attack and make an ass out of yourself.

Ok now. Let's take a breath. Your question was taken out of context and he apologized. If I had gone through all that work and then been accused of cheating (I'm aware that wasn't your intent) I'd be a little snappy too.
Its the dangers of text style communication sometimes. Heck I once lost a girlfriend because of it 😂
 
Just hate to see division amongst us. Not enough forums around anymore for us elders to live vicariously through.
Hope all have settled down and considered what maybe could have been stated differently.
I’ve enjoyed many forum posts by both Jeremy and Pop for many years and I do miss Silverfoxe’s adventures.
Anyway, ain’t enough of us left on this earth to have dispute amongst friends.

.... I've(We've) never used or needed them.
Simple verbal, body language and being in total sync with partners is key....everyone has a job.
...sometime I get my "hey" -"3 o'clock" or "9 o'clock" messed up when we're covering different directions and I've been accused of doing it on purpose 😆

I might or might not give misinformation on a dove field when a sho’nuff shooter is sitting across from me and I know if he doesn’t kill it I’ll get a shot!!! Usually it’s one of my boys too, 😂

Sir, I do sincerely apologize. Your right, I’m 51 years old you been hunting them for longer than I have been alive. I ain’t to proud to say in public I just made an ass out of myself. Sincerely, I have been sleep deprived, and took what you said out of context.
