My first Oklahoma bobcat and a few coyotes...

The NR furbearer cost $51 dollars, on top of the NR hunting license. It's good for a year. I bought a year long NR hunting license and plan to pay off in the long run with many trips next fall/winter.

We saw another cat, while hunting. We was trotting in the road in front of us. We did the ethical thing and drove past him and tried calling him up later.

Great pic and story there, Tony! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif That is one HUGE coyote! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Glad to see you popped a OK cat, too! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Thanks again and keep after 'em!

Take care and God Bless,

Rusty

Oh no! More people invading the state!

Haha! Guess I'll have to try and beat ya'll to the critters. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We've been doing pretty well catching bobcats this week. Last week of bobcat season is a decent time to try right? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif There are some pics in the trapping section.

Congrats on that OK bobcat! It is most certainly a beautiful cat! Try to leave some coyotes for us in-staters too tho. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I did reply to Sean's question, right under it. A NR furbearer license is $51, on top of the 5 day or year long NR hunting license. I paid something like $138 for a year long small game license.

Rusty, that Oklahoma cat was awesome to watch, but man...nothing like the cat action you, Todd, Jeff and I had, this time last year. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Mason, I'll check out your cat trapping posts.

Tony
