My pin tumbler likes to eat the Nickel coating off my brass

Any suggestions on how to keep this from happening? I'm not a big fan of nickel casings anyways since I can hear them crunch n grind in my dies when I full length size them. But after a 3 hour session of tumbling most of the nickel disappears off the outside
 
So...whats the problem? You say you dont prefer nickle, and have found a way to eliminate it...

Then leave it in for another 3 or 4 hours - problem solved.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing...all gone accept for a dark tint on the inside of the case to remind me that it was once nickel coated.
