Need 1 3/16 x 16 thread tap

I need a thread tap, 1&3/16 inch diameter with a 16 threads per inch. I need to trace the original threads that were not threaded deep enough.

I can find the tap at $50 to over $60 dollars but that is a bit much for a single use.

Your ideas?

Okay, a person that goes by the name of Gritty has traced the threads of the lower and all is well.

I am exited, having two (2) magnesium lowers for the price of one (1) blemish lower is a good thing.

I am continuing to build and will let you know problems if any.

One of the same brand of lowers that you have, would not release the hammer with the safety installed. Several more that I saw, had the same issue as yours - could not thread the buffer tube into the receiver all the way.
