need a good 18650 battery charger

I've gone through at least 3 now that came with lights I've purchased. It seems like they all last about 20-30 charges before they go toes up. Can anyone recommend a good charger for the 18650s? A two battery charger should be all I need. Thanks.
 
I have tried them all. NiteCore is the best. Charges 18650s and RCR123s. Should be able to find for $20-30.
 
xtar wp2 has worked for me last few years and still going, only does 2 cells at a time.
I connect it in the truck to the cigarette lighter plug and recharge the 18650's on the way home after hunting and then make sure they are fully charged while I am driving out to the fields next time I go. I usually leave some in the charger when I get out of the truck and go stalking just in case I need to run the flashlight for hours while cutting up a bunch of hogs.
 
Thanks for the recommendations. I picked up 2 of the i4 V2, one for home and one for camp, for $35 total w free 2 day shipping. Gotta love Amazon Prime.
