You might also check out the Christensen Mesa. I just recently purchased one and have been impressed with the quality and accuracy. They guarantee 1 inch and mine has been sub moa out to 300 which it the longest range I have access to. They are light weight and are very comfortable to hold, carry and shoulder.
 
Just picked up a Weatherby Vanguard S2 Varmint Special. Should fit the bill perfectly. I'll probably replace the stock soon, but will play with it the mean time. Got a smoking deal on it, so I hope it shoots!

I did look at these rifles, and they feel nice. Reviews are pretty mixed though. My local gun shop dealer has one and can't get it to shoot well, which made me steer clear of them.
