need advice on cutting savage barrel

I think you guy's should have started this argument only after determining each one of your definitions of accuracy.

It sounds like one of you are talking about consistancy and one about something else. Drop and velocity, say nothing about consistancy (accuracy)

In my opinion accuracy is not hitting your target but putting the bullets in the same place time and again. (regardless of distance, speed and drop)

Like I said...just my opinion

DAA already pointed out that bullet drop and velocity are not included in the definition of accuracy. Accuracy is how small the group is, at the top of the target or the bottom is immaterial as far as accuracy goes. Bullet drop is important as far as the usefulness of a shot but is a totally separate thing from accuracy.

The proper term for what I was arguing would be precision. Not necessarily accuracy. Accuracy would be hitting in the general area of your target consistently, but not necessarily with a good group. Precision is exactly what Jack Roberts described above.
